1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the 1211 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1211 platform. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering for or using our services.

1211 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user may only register one account on the 1211 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all registration details provided are accurate, complete and up to date at all times.
  • Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
  • All activity carried out through your account, whether or not it was done with your knowledge.

1211 uses SSL encryption and the latest industry-standard security measures to protect your account data. However, we are not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account.

3. Platform Usage Responsibilities and Rules

Users of the 1211 platform agree not to use our services for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or the laws of any relevant jurisdiction. Specific prohibitions in force include:

  • Using automation software, bots or other methods to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the operation of 1211's systems or infrastructure.
  • Distributing defamatory, obscene or third-party rights-infringing content through the platform.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, misconduct or attempts to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Sharing or reselling account access to any other party.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 1211 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action where necessary.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1211 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.

Important payment details:

  • Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected. Current limits can be reviewed in your account section once logged in.
  • Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method selected. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
  • Payment methods: We support DuitNow, Maybank, and all major local Malaysian banks.
  • Tax: Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their winnings in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax law.

1211 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any payment suspected of involving fraud or a breach of terms while an internal investigation is conducted.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits: The 1211 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption. 1211 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting activity.

Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, software and materials found on the 1211 platform are the exclusive property of 1211 or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use any such content without prior written permission from 1211.

Third-Party Links: Where our platform contains links to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience only. 1211 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website and makes no endorsement of any kind in relation to them.

6. Account Policy, Governing Law & Contact Us

Account Suspension & Closure: 1211 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or for platform security reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud are not entitled to any refund of remaining balances.

Voluntary Closure: Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, subject to minimum withdrawal limit requirements.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
